Resignation, notice, and effective dates
Oklahoma resignation follows the applicable entity form, notice, and effective-date rules; the reviewed pages did not expose one universal fee. Resignation does not appoint a successor, and a vacant appointment risks inactive status and failed service.
Consequences of a missing agent or address
Without an Oklahoma registered agent, an entity can miss process, suffer default, lose active status, and face cancellation or revocation. Limited substitute service does not replace the continuing appointment duty.
